About Me

It is my passion to help you to lead a happier and more meaningful life.
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist practising counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I have an MA in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Therapies. I have over twenty years’ experience in mental health practising as a private practitioner and working for the NHS.
